Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and US All Global LLC ("we", "us") for the Saju website, app and readings (the "Service"). By creating an account or buying a reading you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is, and is not

The Service computes a Four Pillars chart from the birth date, time and place you enter, and composes written readings from a corpus reviewed by practitioners. It is offered for self-reflection, conversation and enjoyment.

It is not advice. Nothing in a reading is medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and nothing predicts illness, death, accidents or specific events. Do not make health, legal, money or safety decisions on the basis of a reading. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services; in the United States call or text 988, in the United Kingdom call 111 or Samaritans 116 123, in Australia Lifeline 13 11 14, in Canada 988.

Readings about another person describe how that person's chart relates to yours. They are never a verdict on that person, and you agree not to use them to judge, exclude, hire, dismiss, or make decisions about someone else.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You may use the Service only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, and you may enter another person's birth details only to read your relationship with them.

3. Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email; there is no password. Keep your email account secure; anyone who can open your email can open your Saju account. You can sign out of a device, download your data, or delete your account at any time from My account.

4. Prices, plans and automatic renewal

Know Yourself Report · $19.99, one time. Delivered as soon as payment clears. Includes one Read Anyone. Does not renew.

Annual plan · $59.99 per year. Renews automatically every year on the date you first subscribed, at $59.99, until you cancel. We email you 7 days before each renewal.

Monthly plan · $11.99 per month. Renews automatically every month, at $11.99, until you cancel.

How to cancel: open My account → "Manage or cancel subscription" → Cancel. Two taps, online, no call and no email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; you keep access until then. You may also cancel by emailing us (section 10).

Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable tax unless the checkout says otherwise. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by email; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Payments are processed by Stripe on the web and by Apple or Google in their apps. We never see or store your card number.

5. Refunds

Report: full refund on request within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. Ask by replying to your receipt email or writing to the address in section 10.
Subscriptions: full refund of the first payment on request within 7 days of it. A renewal payment is refundable within 7 days of the renewal date if you have not opened a new reading in that period.
Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded through Apple or Google under their rules; we will help you find the right page.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Your content and ours

The birth details you enter stay yours. The readings, corpus, artwork and software are ours or our licensors'. You may keep and print your readings for personal use and share short excerpts; you may not resell readings, scrape the Service, or train models on it. Museum artwork shown in the Service is used under the Korea Open Government License Type 1 with attribution to the National Museum of Korea.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to harass anyone, to make decisions about other people, to break the law, to probe or overload our systems, or to enter birth details of a person who has asked you not to.

8. Disclaimer and limits

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes, suspension, ending

We may update the Service and these terms. If a change matters to you, we email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, cancel and we refund any unused subscription period. We may suspend accounts that break section 7. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Contact, law, disputes

Before any legal claim, write to us and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. Consumers in the UK, EU or Australia keep the protections of their local law that cannot be waived.
